
Kiran Kumar Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh once again reiterated that the bill is not the final bill and is against the rules. He reaffirmed that the bill is against the constitution and can not be placed in Parliament. He challenged the central government to prove if he is wrong and said he will quit Politics if proved wrong. He also added that Assembly can not tell its opinion on a bill which do not disclose the reason and basis for the bifurcation of the state.
He also made it clear that asking for more time is not discuss the bill but to point out the wrong technicalities in the bill, He also questioned why separatists are opposing voting on the bill. He also made it clear that voting and discussion becomes mandatory when there are 9024 modifications recommended to the bill. On the other side, it is known that the deadline for the discussion on the bill end tomorrow.
