After visiting Suresh in jail, Jagan spoke to the media.
“TDP Official Spokesperson called me, the then sitting Chief Minister Bose DK which means లంజాకొడకా. Obviously people across the state who loves me will be offended. With stomach burns, some people staged a protest at the TDP office. In that one or two people pelted stones. Is it wrong?” Jagan said.

Jagan made similar irresponsible statements when the incident happened.
The incident happened two years ago and no one was arrested despite having CCTV footage. The case moved only after the Government changed.

Even after that humiliating defeat, Jagan did not change a bit. In fact, Jagan can also booked for abetting the attack by making comments like this.
Violence has no place in Democracy. If leaders like Jagan support such acts, it will send a wrong signal to the cadre and the party leaders.
By making such irresponsible comments, he lost the moral ground to comment on the Post-poll violence.
YSRC MLCs Lella Appi Reddy and Talasila Raghuram, former advisor to government Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, former MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, and YSRC leader Devineni Avinash are also the accused in this case.
