The other day there were reports that YSR Congress Nagari MLA, Roja tendered a letter of apology which was handed over to the counsel of the AP Assembly in Supreme Court. But then, Roja has declined the reports saying that she did not ask for an apology.

“I told the court I was not given a chance to explain after my suspension. The court asked me to write a letter about her version. That is what I have given in the form of a letter to the counsel of AP Assembly. The reports of asking apology are wrong,” she said in a video statement.
Privileges Committee of AP Assembly clearly stated that the suspension can not be revoked until she apologizes. If this version of Roja is true, the government may stand firm on its stance of not revoking the Suspension and courts have no purview beyond what they have done till now.
