The fishermen just caught their bounty and are calling out to sell their catch. While one is selling grass catla, another calls out selling catla while another calls out selling rohu.

Now this is no scene from a local fish market or an auction at fish farms. No, it’s not Bheemavaram either. This is the situation created by YS Jagan and his government.

He now has the credit of growing fish weighing six to seven kilos in Andhra Pradesh capital Amaravati.

Out of pure contempt, the previous Jagan government has left the Amaravati area to turn into forest-like area. So this is the ‘wonder’ that Jagan has left behind.

The foundations dug for the secretariat and offices of department heads at the five Iconic towers and high court have turned into deep ponds and small lakes following rains. As nothing was done in the 5-yr term of Jagan, they became natural habitats for fish.

With the NDA government restarting building activity in the capital area, lots of water is being pumped out using big motors.

Knowing that the waters were filled with fish, the local fisherman gathered for the catch.




It is said 500 kilos of fish were caught and sold in markets in Vijayawada and nearby places.
