The YS Viveka murder case has been one of the most debated and talked about focal point in Andhra Pradesh politics. Now, there is a new development in this context.
Erra Gangi Reddy, one of the prime accused in the case has filed a new petition. He asked to cancel Avinash Reddy’s bail plea and instead grant him the bail.
The Supreme Court gave an affirmative ruling in connection with the bail plea.
“This is a murder case. The related developments will be curated in a careful manner. You should wait for bail and not ask for your favorable outcome” the Supreme Court stated.
The court cancelled Gangi Reddy’s plea that Avinash’s bail should be cancelled and he should be granted the bail.
The Supreme Court also stayed the Gangi Reddy bail petition that was approved by the Telangana high court.
