Megastar Chiranjeevi has created a sensation of sorts with his advise to the AP government when he asked them to focus on public welfare instead of troubling the film industry. It has rattled the YCP troops.
Now, AP deputy CM Narayana Swamy has come out against Tollywood and he has some interesting comments to make.
“Some of the heroes in Tollywood are making Rs 50 crores to Rs 100 crores per film. But they are not paying taxes even for half of this amount. I doubt if they are even paying their staff and workers from their pockets” the deputy CM said.
He added “This Tollywood and the heroes in the industry want to make TDP chief Chandrababu as the chief minister of AP. They want TDP government in Andhra Pradesh.”
The deputy CM ridiculed Pawan Kalyan, saying he lost from both consittuences in 2019 and doesn’t even have enough candidates to field in 175 constituencies in the next election.
After all the hardships that the YCP government put Tollywood through, the deputy CM now saying Tollywood wants TDP government in AP has caught the attention.
