A couple of weeks ago, a stone was hurled at YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Bezawada.
Immediately after that, Jagan tried to use the incident for sympathy akin to the Kodi Kathi in the 2019 elections.
We have seen a battalion of doctors attending to the small wound. And later, Jagan is seen wearing a big bandage during his road shows.
We have also seen the machinery trying to implicate TDP leader Bonda Uma in the case to take political advantage.
But then, everything went wrong.
After the experiences of Kodi Kathi and Babai’s Murder, people refused to buy the sympathy dramas and the stone attack became more like a Meme material.
Social Media has trolled Jagan with ‘Bandage Challenge’ and some people even resorted to betting saying that Jagan will not remove the Band-Aid until the polling is completed.
YS Suneetha hit the final nail in the coffin.
In a press meet, she said, “I do not know why your doctors are not giving you the right advice. The wound if covered for a long time will become septic. Air will help the wound heal quickly”.
That statement increased the trolling by multiple folds.
Finally, Jagan seems to have gotten embarrassed and removed the Band-Aid.
There is something very interesting there is not a visible scar on Jagan’s forehead after removing the Band-aid even though there was an announcement that Jagan got some stitches to the wound.
