Telugu Desam Party MLAs were suspended for the second time in the current Budget session of the Telangana state. It is known that the party MLAs were suspended on the first day itself for a day and today they were all suspended for a week. TDP MLAs particularly Revanth Reddy are proving to be tough for the government than the main opposition party, Congress.
Revanth Reddy alleged that Nizamabad MP (KCR’s daughter Kavitha) is registered twice in the Intensive Household Survey of Telangana and demanded action on her. TRS MLAs intelligently manipulated the issue as attack on the modesty of a woman and demanded apology from Revanth.
The Kodangal MLA refused to budge and provided Video proofs of Kavitha registering twice in the survey to the house but the ruling party members continued to attack Revanth and TDP members. TDP protested in the house and stalled the proceedings. Finally Minister Harish Rao proposed the suspension and Speaker agreed to it.
