The laurels and achievements of the Legendary Media Baron Ramoji Rao need no mention. From a very humble beginning to commanding one of India’s largest Media empires and to receiving the Padma Vibhushan, India’s second-highest civilian honour, his life is an epitome of success and inspiration.
Today marks the first Anniversary of his demise.

Since the start of his journey and until his last day, Ramoji Rao made the Governments and brought down the Governments. He dictated the Mood of the Telugu Politics with his Pen.
There are two more simple but defining achievements of Ramoji Rao.

In 2008, a UK subsidiary of the ICICI Bank collapsed, there is a market hysteria and public panic. We used to see the Public protest before the banks and beeline before the ATMs to withdraw their money fearing it will go bankrupt.
Between 2019 and 2024, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a tirade against Margadarshi to hit the financial roots of the Eenadu Group. The CID raided Margadarshi offices and even went to the extent of interrogating Ramoji Rao who was already bed-ridden.

The pictures of Ramoji Rao on a hospital bed were leaked to the media.
The customers did not panic. Neither the raids on Margadarshi nor Ramoji Rao’s health bothered them. They did not panic and storm the Margadarshi offices to get back their money.
Many of those customers are middle-class and upper middle-class and yet they did not worry. That is the trust Ramoji Rao carried in the Telugu people.
The second instance is Ramoji Rao’s business acumen.
Many publications went out of business immediately after their promoter passed away.
Some papers could not even be brought out in a single edition after the promoter’s demise.
Businesses crumble without the guidance of the Promoters, especially those businesses like Eenadu that are completely centered around one man.
Eenadu has completed one year today, and there is not a single Editorial blunder even without the watchfulness of Ramoji Rao’s eyes.
Eenadu continues to drive the Political Agenda of both the Telugu States in this one year.
Months before his demise, he decided who should head what business. As a result, every single business of the Ramoji Group is running successfully.
As far as Eenadu is concerned, he trained an Editorial Team for three years before his demise and gave them a free hand to work. He would only watch them from a distance. That approach helped the team to run the show as usual this one year.
Also, there is not even a single line that did not align with his vision in this year.
