Two YCP Leaders Relatives So Far In Delhi Liquor Scam

Delhi’s liquor scandal is hitting YSR Congress hard. The fact that the family members of key YSR Congress leaders are among those arrested in connection with the scam is suffocating the party leadership.

The first arrest is Penaka Sarath Chandra Reddy who happens to be the own brother of MP Vijayasai Reddy’s son-in-law.

The second arrest happened on Saturday and he is Raghava Reddy – the son of YSR Congress Ongole MP Magunta Sreenivasula Reddy.

Sreenivasula Reddy recently announced Raghava Reddy as his political heir and also said Raghava will contest the 2024 elections in his place.

Even when the Opposition is criticizing YSR Congress on this issue, the ruling party is maintaining a stoic silence over these arrests.

BJP is using the Delhi Liquor Scam to score over its rival, Aam Admi Party, and is serious about this case. AAP is emerging as a threat to the BJP even in other states.

In the process, YSR Congress may also sink and that too with elections just a little over a year.
