Opposition parties seem to be banking on their unity and consolidation of all the opposition votes to take on the mighty TRS in Telangana. The other day in Khammam, Leaders of Congress, CPM and Gaddar are seen joining hands with each other.

PCC President Uttam Kumar Reddy, Gaddar, and CPM Secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram are seen holding each other’s hands indicating the unity between them. TDP (TS) is also keen on joining the front but an alliance with Congress will mean trouble for the party in AP.
In a recent survey, it was revealed that Congress, TDP (TS) and Left may have around 40-42% Vote Share while TRS has 47% and BJP has 14%. 2019 elections are less than two years away and it has to be seen how the Opposition will counter TRS.
