A large section of Indian students prefer to travel to the USA for higher education in from July to August, and for them, the new round of interview slots have come at just the right time.
Last year, over 1.25 lakh Indian students went to the USA for higher education and this is the highest number of student visas allotted by the US to students from any country. The number is expected to be substantially high this year as well.
US consulates in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad will be welcoming new students for visa interviews in the next couple of months as the Indian student force interested in traveling to the US is at an all time high.
