Former MLC and Minister, C Ramachandraiah has resigned to the Congress Party in protest to the alliance with TDP. C Ramachandraiah who was known to be anti-Chandrababu resigned to the party questioning why they have to shoulder the Crimes committed by Chandrababu Naidu.

It is known that Former Minister Vatti Vasantha Kumar also resigned to the party in protest. Both Vatti and C Ramachandraiah are likely to join Janasena Party. Vatti Vasantha Kumar is already working for Janasena in West Godavari for the last few months and C Ramachandraiah earlier worked with Pawan Kalyan in Janasena.
After the merger of Praja Rajyam in Congress, C Ramachandraiah also got a ministry along with Ghanta Srinivasa Rao. After the bifurcation, Ghanta shifted to TDP but Ramachandraiah stayed on with Congress. Many believe that he played a crucial role in convincing Chiranjeevi to merge the party in Congress.
