This was followed by something, given more significant as Thalapathy Vijay became the chief minister of Tamil Nadu in his very first ever election campaign. This has increased the anticipation of film stars debuting in politics and tasting tremendous success.

Coming to the topic now, the latest revelation made by a Tamil Nadu MLA Bussy Anand, who is also very close to Vijay has become a debating point on social media.

Anand spoke in the assembly today, and he revealed that a film director who had worked with Vijay wanted an MLA ticket in the recent Tamil Nadu Assam election.

“ There was this one director who worked with Vijay and he wanted TVK MLA ticket for one particular constituency. However, our party chief Vijay was very adamant about this as he knew that TVK already had a hard-working secretary in this constituency. So he bluntly rejected the advancement of the director.”

People have already started to speculate about the details of this director on social media. Many people are pointing out the names of Lokesh Kanagaraj, Nelson Dilip Kumar and even H Vinoth(Jana Nayagan director).

But the chances are that the director who had asked for the MLA ticket from Vijay might have been a veteran. All the other young film makers are very active in the industry and they would not be looking at the political space already.
