Vijaysai Reddy’s Political Retirement Announcement has created ripples in Andhra Pradesh Politics.
Sai Reddy is Jagan’s Atma in Politics and Accused Number Two in all his disproportionate assets cases. His retirement will hit the morale of the cadres really hard and send a signal that he sees no future in the YSR Congress.

The timing of this announcement is also shocking.
Jagan Mohan Reddy is currently in London on a holiday. Sai Reddy has been close to the YSR Family for many years.

He has taken a decision of this size without consultation or informing Jagan.
If we consider him informed, Jagan would have stopped him at least until his return.

He would have requested Sai Reddy at least to wait until his return to try for one last time.

That means something really big is brewing in Andhra Pradesh Politics in the days to come.
Sai Reddy is just trying to shield himself from that. He is hoping that he would be spared if he quit politics.
