Hyderabad is one city that is seeing consistent real estate growth. As there is no forest area around and since there there are no agricultural lands, Hyderabad is developing in all four directions – east, west, south and north.
Also, national and international realty companies are showing interest in developing ventures here. For example, soon, Hyderabad will see Trump Towers.
One area that is fast developing into a real estate hub is Adibatla. Like Gachibowli and Madhapur, Adibatla is also developing into an IT zone. TCS has its largest campus in Adibatla.
The place also has various aerospace technology companies. It is close to Shamshabad international airport and Srisailam highway passes by Adibatla.
Already, there is demand for apartments, villas and independent houses in and around Adibatla. The area is also close to government’s pet project Fourth City or Future City.
Another plus is that one can reach any part of the city through Outer Ring Road. The government has plans to extend Metro till Future City. Hence, this is likely to make Adibatla more accessible.
In all, Adibatla appears to be poised to compete with Gachibowli in the coming years.
