Minister Roja’s behavior has become a heated topic in Andhra Pradesh politics. Just two days ago, Minister Roja held a press conference where she tearfully expressed that TDP leaders had been using vulgar language to insult her. However, within the YSRCP, there are only a few leaders who have come out in support of Roja.
The fact that none of the women ministers or ministers known for their strong statements have publicly supported Roja has now become a point of discussion within the YSRCP. There is no record of women ministers Vidada Rajini, Thaneti Vanitha, and Ushasree Charan responding to his situation.
Minister Roja has previously held several press conferences where he accused women leaders from the TDP of using vulgar language. Additionally, she exposed body-shamed of former minister Peethala Sujatha during a session in the assembly. There was also an incident when YSRCP leaders made comments about Nara Bhuvaneshwari in the assembly, and Minister Roja punched the table and laughed.
Moreover, Minister Roja did not raise objections when YSRCP workers manipulated photos and made derogatory remarks about TDP women leaders Anitha Vangalapudi and Swathi Reddy recently. As a result, political analysts are questioning why other women leaders within the YSRCP would support him. On social media, YSRCP workers are not showing sympathy for Roja and are also recalling his comments about YS Sunitha Reddy.
