The Viveka murder case has been one of the biggest political developments in Andhra Pradesh politics for many months now.
In a new development, the Supreme Court has passed an interesting order in connection with the case.
Late Viveka’s personal assistant Krishna Reddy has filed a petition saying he should be considered as a victim in the case. He is the accused in the case now and he wants to be considered as a victim now.
The Supreme Court heard the petition and stated “We can’t interfere with the investigation of the case. The high court will be taking the final call on the course of the investigation of this case.”
The Supreme Court has given the authority to high court in this particular case. The written statement on the case will be passed soon.
Krishna Reddy has been one of the main characters in this case and incidentally, his effort to become a victim in the case has been overturned now.
