The YSR Congress ecosystem had historically suffered the judicial wrath for their set of wrongdoings. This was evident in the incoherent decisions that the YSRCP Government made while in power and it is continuing in their opposition phase too.
The latest news is that the YSR Congress has been delivered a brutal shock at the Supreme Court of India.
This happened shortly after the YSRCP approached the Supreme Court saying that their Jagananna Connects social media handle was taken down from social platforms.
This social media regulatory stuff was painted political colours by YSRCP as they approached the Supreme Court earlier. However, this was not approved by the Supreme Court and it had a strong reaction to the same.
The Supreme Court instructed the YSRCP representatives to approach the Andhra Pradesh High Court on this matter for quick resolvement. It was made very clear that the Supreme Court will not interfere in this matter at this point.
This is a significant setback to the YSRCP ecosystem, which was desperate to restore these social media handles by the interference of judicial bodies. This is the reason why they spun political colour by saying that the NDA government in AP is behind the suspension of this social media handle.
But this argument was not encouraged by the Supreme Court, and the verdict has been very straightforward as well.
