The main opposition party in Andhra Pradesh Assembly had given notice of No Confidence on the Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao. Few YSR Congress MLAs have signed the notice and handed it over to Assembly Secretary Satyanarayana a short while ago.
The opposition party decided up on the move after the Speaker suspended eight YSR Congress MLAs from the house for repeatedly stalling the proceedings of the house. Further Jagan along with his MLAs staged a walkout from the house after Speaker refused to extend him time for his speech.
Jagan Mohan Reddy announced that he will not go to Assembly sessions further until the No Confidence motion is taken. However it is clear that YSR Congress with only 67 MLAs can not succeed in moving the No confidence motion on the Speaker.
