YSRCP MP’s Political Ignorance!

YSRCP MP blunder on JP Nadda post

The YSRCP has once again faced embarrassment due to the lack of awareness of its MPs. A recent post on social media has gone viral, highlighting the ignorance of YSRCP MP Maddila Gurumoorthy. The issue has now become a talking point across Andhra Pradesh.

Maddila Gurumoorthy posted on X about an alleged urea shortage during the 2025 Khalifa season in Andhra Pradesh. He claimed the crisis had been taken up with Union Minister for Agriculture Shri JP Naddaji. He also wrote that the minister assured positive action on the matter.

The MP mentioned that paddy cultivation had begun with the monsoon but farmers were distressed by the inadequate supply of urea. He said queues and panic were rising, though the minister had promised to examine the issue through the concerned division.

However, the TDP cadre mocked YSRCP after pointing out a major blunder. JP Nadda is not the Union Minister for Agriculture but the Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilisers. This mistake quickly exposed the party’s lack of political awareness.

The MP’s post made it appear as if JP Nadda had given him personal assurance. Critics say this shows YSRCP spreading propaganda against the Chandrababu government while falling into its own trap. Many voters in Andhra Pradesh now believe the party may lose the 11 seats it won in 2024.
