Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has issued important directives to police officials regarding traffic rules when his convoy is on the move. He emphasized that the traffic should not be halted well in advance of his departure to minimize inconvenience for Hyderabad residents.
However, this has led to challenges for the locals who are grappling with the disruptions. To address this issue, officials are contemplating potential exemptions to ensure smoother traffic flow.
In alignment with the Chief Minister’s guidance, the police are actively considering measures to introduce flexibility in implementing traffic rules. The plan is to allow regular vehicular movement until shortly before the Chief Minister’s convoy sets off. The Traffic and Law and Order Department will carefully review these instructions.
