Director Prashanth Neel recently shared exciting details about the much-anticipated movie “Salaar,” just before its trailer release. He revealed that the idea for Salaar struck him 15 years ago, but due to his involvement in prior projects like “Ugram” and the extensive work on “KGF,” it took nearly 8 years to materialize Salaar.
He said the entire filming took place primarily at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, with additional shooting locations including Singaneri Mines, South Ports, Mangalore Port, Vizag Port, and a snippet in Europe. The filming process for Salaar lasted approximately 114 days. Neel expressed his long-standing connection with the concept, highlighting the journey from inception to realization and the varied locations that contributed to the making of this pan India venture led by the acclaimed star, Prabhas.
