
An AI Startup CEO’s weird theory to achieve maximum efficiency and optimisation in his team has been making rounds all over the internet, shocking people due to its brutal nature.
Varun Mohan, the CEO of Windsurf, recently revealed the mode of operations and hiring in his company. He revealed that he does not feel the need to hire additional employees until every single existing one literally gives up to say — “I’m dying!”

He compared his so-called genius approach to that of a ‘dehydrated entity’, where each drop of water is like one new addition to the team, reinvigorating the energy of the entity as a whole.
However, what the brilliant CEO failed to realise is that people don’t like to be treated as slaves. Several studies have shown that undue pressure only works to decrease the morale and the desire to work among the team, making the overall productivity take a nosedive.

He should also remember that a ‘dehydrated’ person is more likely to have his kidneys fail, which will be much more disastrous for him than if he just drank water normally.
