Officials seized MDMA, LSD bottles, and OG Kush from the accused. The total value of the confiscated drugs is estimated at around Rs 4 lakh. Investigations are ongoing to trace their supply network.

With New Year celebrations approaching, police have intensified surveillance across Hyderabad. Citizens are increasingly worried as drug seizure cases continue to surface across different parts of the city.

Earlier, drug peddling cases mostly involved Nigerians and other foreign nationals. Recently, however, locals have also entered the trade for quick money, with several arrests happening in residential areas, pointing to a rise in drug use.
