A 19-year-old student named Moulika died by suicide in Hyderabad after facing harassment from her volleyball coach.

Unable to bear the pressure and mental harassment, Moulika took her own life by hanging herself. Her father filed a complaint accusing Ambaji of harassment and holding him responsible for her death. Police have registered a case and started an investigation. They are collecting evidence from the college and speaking to her friends for details.

The incident has shocked students and locals, who are demanding strict action against the accused.

If any girl faces such harassment, she must reach out to her parents, trusted elders, or the police immediately. Staying silent only gives power to abusers. No one’s misconduct is worth ending a young life, and while justice will come for the guilty, the pain left behind for parents can never be erased.
