A terrible incident took place in Sangareddy district, Telangana. Rajitha, a 30-year-old teacher, killed her three children so she could be with her lover. She told doctors that she and her children got sick after eating curd rice, but sadly, all three children, namely Sai Krishna, Madhu Priya, and Gautam had already died.
At first, it looked like food poisoning, but the truth was far worse. Rajitha who is from Thalakondapalli in Rangareddy district, was having an affair with her former classmate, Shiva Kumar who is from Nalgonda. When she told him she wanted to marry him, he said he would agree only if she had no husband or children. Wanting to start a new life with him, Rajitha decided to kill her own children.
On March 27, when her husband Chennaiah left for work at night, Rajitha went ahead with her plan. She suffocated each child one by one using a towel. After that, she arranged the scene to make it look like they had fainted after dinner. When Chennaiah came back home, Rajitha acted like she was also unwell. Believing they were all sick from the food, he rushed to get help.
Later, the autopsy report showed no signs of poisoning. The police questioned Rajitha, and she confessed. She also admitted that Shiva knew what she planned to do. Both Rajitha and Shiva were arrested. The shocking case has disturbed many across the state.
