An inspector from UP’s Mirzapur is facing fire, both from the public as well as from the authorities due to him being caught red-handed taking bribes.
The video going viral across the internet shows the inspector looking like a stupid loudmouth while being dragged into the vehicle of the anti-corruption team that caught him in the act.

He can be seen shouting and trying to resist arrest while the officers demand him to get in the vehicle.
Social media seems to have quickly picked up the incident, with many coming forward to express themselves online.

One user said, “God knows how many such bribe-takers are there who cannot be caught. Strict action should be taken against such bribe-takers!”
Another commented, “Commendable! Now the inspector must be thinking that if he had done his job honestly, he would have at least got a monthly salary and would have got the good wishes of the public. A lesson for other corrupt people.”

With corruption still being a widespread issue in India, these kinds of arrests are necessary to instil fear in the hearts of bribe-takers as well as those who give bribes.
The evil of corruption should be rooted out from society as soon as possible to remove the hindrances and pave the way for smooth and swift governance.
