Ajith Kumar stated that he is not into fancy titles or name suffixes. He always wanted to be called Ajith Kumar, AK, or whatever people liked. He said he is just an actor, and he gets paid to do his job, simple as that.

Following this, netizens on social media commented that this is why Ajith Kumar, despite his movie failures, is celebrated by many audiences – he is simple and humble.
