Following the blockbuster success of Amaran, Sivakarthikeyan is now starring in two projects: Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara, and Madharasi, directed by AR Murugadoss.
According to reports, Sivakarthikeyan is set to collaborate with Venkat Prabhu for a commercial entertainer, and the shooting for this movie will commence after Sivakarthikeyan completes his prior commitments.
Subsequently, netizens on social media are criticizing Sivakarthikeyan’s decision, as they feel that Venkat Prabhu is outdated. They point out that except for Maanaadu, most of his movies in the last few years have been failures.
Kollywood audiences believe that Sivakarthikeyan is currently in his prime and should not work with directors perceived as outdated, especially since Venkat Prabhu’s last two films, Custody and Vijay’s GOAT, were considered very poor.
Therefore, they suggest that Sivakarthikeyan should collaborate with new-age filmmakers and avoid directors like Venkat Prabhu if he wants to achieve his dream of becoming a superstar.
