High-achieving Indian is not a new thing and having a culture of hard work and persistence it’s not surprising that Indians have paved their path towards one of the highest posts in most of the giant companies. From Google to Microsoft, everywhere we have seen Indians achieve and excel as CEOs and now YouTube has also become one of the many giants that are run by a CEO of Indian origin.
Indian-American Neal Mohan took responsibility on Thursday. Neel Mohan joined Google in 2008 which is the parent company of YouTube. This Stanford graduate has worked with excellence as a chief product officer of the company before he dawned the role of CEO.
He became YouTube’s chief product officer in 2015. Wojcicki, former CEO of YouTube considers Neel to be her natural successor. She shared that after her it is Neel who has earned this position as he has a great perception about the product and how this company should move forward.
