An extremely racist poster revealed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has triggered a massive outrage. The poster shows the famous character Optimus Prime from Transformers facing off against an Indian man.
The robot has a prominent DHS logo on its chest. The poster is captioned “Self Deport or Find out,” and “America for Americans.”
There is also a smaller caption stating “Get out of our roads, you don’t know how to drive, Mr. Singh.”
The post seems to be referring to a case receiving public attention. Truck driver Harjinder Singh crashed on the Florida Turnpike, killing three people.
The poster has cause an immense uproar. Indian NRIs have called it an outright anti-Indian racial propaganda.
One user called out the poster. They stated that federal attacks on ethnic groups are not “America First.”
