Davinder Kumar, an NRI from Hoshiarpur, had been living in Australia for two years with his wife. His family was not happy with how his partner and her family used to treat him, often getting into conflict with them.

The deceased’s brother-in-law, Rakesh Kumar, revealed that just two days before his death, Davinder confided in him about his troubles. However, the whole family was shocked that he would take such a drastic step of killing himself because of it.

After seeing the marks, the family immediately informed the Model Town Police who seized the body for postmortem. His loved ones truly believe that the wife has murdered Davinder and demands justice from the authorities.

If the wife is found guilty for her husband’s death it will raise serious concern over the role of Australian police who overlooked such crucial evidence on the NRI’s body. While the visible injuries suggest foul play, the investigation is still ongoing.
