Fraudsters are coaching individuals to fabricate their job roles and managerial experience, enabling them to get green cards under this category despite not meeting the actual requirements.
The scam operates in a straightforward manner – individuals lacking managerial experience are presented as top executives through falsified documents.

These consultancies manipulate the system by generating false records to indicate that these people have held high position in their companies. Consequently, these individuals manage to secure green card unfairly, while the others who deserve the green card are overlooked.
