One frustrated user said they’re considering uninstalling the Case Tracker app because their current priority date doesn’t even show up. She bashed it, writing, “I almost forgot that I had your app on my phone.”

But is this frustration over a technical fault or there’s a larger immigration system failure?
Indians in the employment-based green card queue are staring at decades-long waits. If these priority dates are not updated it becomes an even bigger nightmare.

This isn’t a new problem but it will amount to more stress on the applicants with everything going on in the US. Under President Trump, they are already living in uncertainty and fear.
Thus, it isn’t just the problem of one Case Tracker, the whole US immigration is unable to process the millions of applications it gets every year.
