The Bigg Boss journey of Agni Pareeksha contestant Apoorva has come to a close. By the end of the fifth week, the audience voted her out. Wildcard contestants have long struggled to sustain themselves over the long haul. When she stepped on stage, Apoorva grew emotional as she watched her journey video. Later, she got a chance to speak with housemates.
Handing Rohit his first bitter shot, Apoorva offered constructive advice, saying he looks down on others and overestimates himself. However, as Apoorva spoke, Rohit seemed notably nonchalant. Turning to Shalini, she said Shalini had lost her identity and was playing the game in Rohit’s shadow.
Notably, almost all of the new entrants made Shalini their primary target. Having watched everything unfolding inside the house from the outside over the past couple of weeks, their remarks essentially mirrored the viewers’ verdict. Everyone echoed one sentiment: Shalini has used Rohit as a shield and negatively influenced his gameplay.
By pointing out that Shalini is the reason Rohit, who played exceptionally well during the first three weeks, faltered over the last two weeks, they made him realize exactly where his game was slipping.
After witnessing this much negativity, it remains to be seen whether Rohit will distance himself from Shalini in the coming days, find himself unable to let go of their closeness, or hesitate out of fear that sidelining her now will make him look bad in her eyes.
Interestingly, among the wildcard entrants who targeted Shalini, everyone except Shiv entered the house, gave Rohit safe badges, showed him sympathy, and praised him as a strong contestant with faith in his game.
Finally, the contestants who were evicted are: Apurva and Charan.
