Citadel: Honey Bunny is one of the most awaited shows for the subscribers of Amazon Prime Video this year. While the teaser promised tons of entertainment for the audience, the trailer that has been recently takes things to another level.

Created by Raj & DK, known for The Family Man, the new show is expected to bring the genre of mass masala entertainment to the small screen after a long time.
The action sequences in the trailer have been perfectly designed and it seems like the makers have ensured to add all the necessary elements so that the audiences are not disappointed.

The trailer begins with a voiceover of Bunny (Varun Dhawan) followed by the introduction of Honey (Samantha Ruth Prabhu).
As the trailer progresses, we get a clue that the lead characters are living a double life since Honey is spotted telling her daughter that she was an agent in the past. We also get to know that the duo are working for a spy agency.

As expected, you see the pair performing some amazing action moves where they are shooting guns, and punching and kicking the villains.
The best part of this glimpse is that the makers have not revealed a lot of details related to the basic plot. The story does not appear to be predictable and considering the scale of the entire show, it is expected to pull more viewers.
On the other hand, Raj & DK won’t miss an opportunity to add some comedy scenes considering the projects they have worked on over the years. We get to see the same in a car crash sequence followed by a heated argument between two characters.
Apart from Varun and Samantha, Citadel: Honey Bunny also features Kay Kay Menon, Simran Bagga, Sikandar Kher, and Saqib Saleem in other important roles. The series is arriving on Amazon Prime Video on November 7, 2024.
