The suspenseful romantic thriller starring Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey will return with a sequel adding Sunny Kaushal and Jimmy Shergill to its star cast this time. Penned by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Jayprad Desai, Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba will release exclusively on Netflix on 9 August to make your monsoon more romantic and intriguing with a crime thriller.
The first edition, Haseen Dilruba, received an unlikely response from the critics but proved them wrong by winning audiences’ hearts and becoming the most watched Netflix film in 2021. The fans loved the intense and intricate thriller with smashing performances by Taapsee and Vikrant. A wife charged for her husband’s murder and the investigation around it. It will be all the more interesting to see the developments in their story from the last film and what turn it takes this time. The deceit and drama will be unveiled only on 9 August.
