Hansal Mehta is set to direct a high-stakes business drama for Netflix India featuring Anil Kapoor and Vijay Varma in lead roles.

While the name of the show hasn’t been revealed, it is rumoured to be an Indian version of the hit American show Billions.
It will revolve around the rivalry between two financial powerhouses. Each of them is determined to outsmart the other using their intelligence, power, and influence.

This show could mark one of India’s first web series which dives into the ruthless world of high finance, ambition, greed, and corporate warfare.
The show is said to be produced by Vikram Malhotra of Abundantia Entertainment, known for Airlift, Jalsa, Ram Setu, and Breathe Into the Shadows.

The script has been penned by top-tier writers Niren Bhatt (Stree 2, Munjya, Bhediya), Nikhil Nair (Serious Men, Dahan), and Ankur Pathak.
Production is set to begin in May and will be filmed across Mumbai, London, and Dubai.
Keeping in mind Hansal Mehta’s work in Scam 1992, this show is something everyone has their eyes on.
If it is adapted well and fits into the Indian context, it could redefine how Indian OTT explores corporate conspiracy and financial power struggles.
