Ibrahim Ali Khan and Kajol starrer Sarzameen has landed on JioHotstar earlier today, which showcases an Indian Army officer played by Prithviraj Sukumaran finds harsh reality while being on a mission.
Users instantly took it to social media, talking about the positives and negatives of the film. Ibrahim Ali Khan didn’t seem to impress and was unable to make a standout performance during the film.
Fans further stated how Ibrahim Ali Khan’s facial expressions were disappointing throughout the film which made it weak. On the other hands, Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran are being praised for their terrific performances.
Despite delivering top-notch performances, many fans were unhappy with the film due to the weak performance by Ibrahim Ali Khan, making the film underwhelming.
While the film aimed to showcase themes of patriotism and drama, it might have failed to do so with many users, as they didn’t seem to connect with the story.
On the other hand, many were impressed by the overall plot of the film and praised the climax. Many praised the climax twist and stated that the film gave vibes of Mission Kashmir and another Kajol starrer Fanaa.
As the film continues to receive mixed reviews from the audience, it might be a good one-time watch for viewers as Kajol and Prithviraj Sukuran aim to blend into a perfect plot, which is just a little bit weakened by Ibrahim Ali Khan.
#Sarzameen had a solid premise but failed to deliver. Weak screenplay and direction let it down. Prithvi, Kajol & the rest of the cast did well, but there was no real emotional connect. Overall, a mid watch with no standout moments.
