Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, the second season of Neeraj Pandey’s Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, is scheduled to premiere on March 20, 2025, on Netflix.
The streaming platform announced the new season this year at a launch event and since the release date is out now, it has led to a lot of excitement among the audience.

Netflix India has even posted a video to reveal the release date for the show, which featured Prosenjit Chatterjee, one of the leads. He was even joined by Jeet, another lead, in the same video at one point.
Prosenjit said in the video that everyone has been asking him about when Boss and Bumba Da would appear together. Jeet then appears in the clip, saying that the boss always comes in style, following which he calls Prosenjit the “OG Boss.” The duo then eventually revealed the release date in the end.

The main premise is set during the 2000s, focusing on IPS Arjun Maitra, who takes over the responsibility of bringing justice to a city that is being ruled by gangsters and politicians aiming to grab any kind of power.
The show will feature a long list of talented cast members such as Saswata Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee, Chitrangda Singh, and many others.

The first season was a big hit and was a different kind of show compared to the ones made by Neeraj Pandey over the years. Considering that Neeraj also serves as the writer this time alongside Debatma Mandal and Samrat Chakraborty, expectations are sky-high.
The main story would be set in a different area this time, which means that things would be more intense, possibly holding the attention of the audience until the end. However, it remains to be seen if Season 2 can repeat the success of the previous season.
