December 2024 has been a largely entertaining month for the theatrical audience as Pushpa 2 went absolute at the box office. But there hasn’t been too much going on in the OTT space. Nevertheless, here’s a look at the forthcoming titles that are arriving on OTT this week. Again, there aren’t too many options here.
Avicii – My Last Show
This Netflix original covers the footage from the final show of late EDM maestro Avicii. This show will premiere on 31st December.
Missing You
Detective Kat Donovan gets caught up in a dark conspiracy after unexpectedly encountering an old flame online, the plot reads for this Netflix original which will stream from January 1.
All We Imagine As Light
In Mumbai, Nurse Prabha’s routine is troubled when she receives an unexpected gift from her estranged husband. Her younger roommate, Anu, tries in vain to find a spot in the city to be intimate with her boyfriend, the plot reads for this Mallu drama which will stream on Disney+ Hotstar from January 1.
I am Kathalan
Another Malayali title on the list. This one is directed by Girish A D who earlier made Premalu.
How many servers would you hack for love? What started as a silly attempt to win back his girlfriend turns into a dangerous game of revenge for Vishnu, risking everything he cherishes, the plot reads. It will stream on Manorama from January 1.
Gunnah Season 2
The second season of this Disney+ Hotstar original show will stream from January 3 and it’s an action adventure.
