Now that the official trailer for Netflix’s new rom-com ‘Nadaaniyan’ is out, people are posting on social media with all kinds of opinions and most of them are negative.
Nadaaniyan is going to premiere on the 7th of March and it stars Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor. People do not seem to have a problem with the nepotism part but the execution is something they are hating.

The genre is okay too, and there even seems to be a huge demand for rom-coms now, but Nadaaniyan will probably fail to cater to that need. Bollywoodish, filmy and unrealistic romantic dramas are nothing new in the country and enjoy a huge fanbase but there is a sheer amount of dedication to the craft and passion that does not let it look crappy.
Nadaaniyan misses that. And netizens complain that it looks very fake too.

Ibrahim’s father Saif Ali Khan has been in many such rom-coms and people are saying they would better go and rewatch those movies than this forced romance with mechanical dialogue delivery and fake lighting.
The makers could have put a little more passion and dedication to make the project look attractive to the people it is trying to reach.
