Same as the original Nickelodeon animated show, it tells a tale of four worlds which lived with unity and were ruled by one natural element. Now, amidst the peace, the Fire Nation launched an attack and the responsibility falls to Aang (Gordon Cormier).

For those who don’t follow the original series, Aang is an Avatar who can control all four elements.

In terms of the storyline, the official statements narrate: “Alongside his newfound friends Sokka and Katara, siblings and members of the Southern Water Tribe, Aang embarks on a fantastical, action-packed quest to save the world and fight back against the fearsome onslaught of Fire Lord Ozai. But with a driven Crown Prince Zuko determined to capture them, it won’t be an easy task.”

The live-action adaptation of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” features Cormier, Kiawentiio, Ian Ousley, and Dallas. Notable cast members include Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as General Iroh.

Albert Kim is the showrunner and executive producer, with Michael Goi, Jabbar Raisani, Dan Lin, and Lindsey Liberatore serving as executive producers. Additional directors include Roseanne Liang and Jet Wilkinson.

In the process of making, two of the original creators were originally planned to get involved but things went south.
