Users have complained about SonyLIV’s timing problem for various shows. Among many other problems, i.e excessive ads in between the contents, this is something that is very distressing to subscribers too.
Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati is one of the most important shows on SonyLIV and people wait for the show everyday. But there have been multiple instances that the show has not started in time.

Before KBC, the celebrity cooking reality show Masterchef India was streamed and almost everyday the show delayed the KBC timings. KBC is supposed to start from 9 PM at night and Masterchef continues to go on till 9:20 or 9:25 PM.

This is frustrating for people who are there only waiting for KBC and cannot bear half an hour of some other show.

It is multiplied by the enormous number of ads and glitches. While the timing still shows 9 PM in the captions, it is delayed for half an hour. This is not only unprofessional but very careless on the part of the platform. SonyLIV needs to check on the problem immediately and take necessary action.
