Varun Dhawan’s upcoming movie “Baby John” has been in the news for a long time. Until now, there was little clarity about the movie. Finally, there is an update regarding this action thriller. The movie, directed by Atlee, is a remake of “Theri,” which starred Thalapathy Vijay and was popular for its twists and turns.
Now that Varun Dhawan is coming up with its remake, the action seems to have been elevated, and there is a fresh presentation. It is the first time we will see Varun Dhawan in a larger-than-life avatar.
The movie is going to be an all-out action thriller with a great theater experience. However, the only issue with this movie is that it is a remake and not an original one. These days, people are very skeptical about remakes. In the past two years, more than 15 remakes have been made, of which only two proved to be successful. This shows that the Indian audience is not ready to accept remakes.
Varun Dhawan has appeared in very few movies in the past few years if we exclude the cameos he has done. He last appeared in movies like “Bhediya,” “Jug Jugg Jeeyo,” and “Coolie No. 1,” which haven’t performed well at the box office. Once considered a box office star whose movies never failed, do you think he will be able to recreate the same magic with “Baby John,” which is going to be released this Christmas?
