
Star Indian Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar have been in the news for their real estate dealings lately, which include the surprising stories therein. SRK will now get a refund of a whopping ₹9 crores from the government of Maharashtra after an erroneous conversion fee was computed for his manor in Bandra, Mannat.
In Akshay Kumar’s estate transaction, one of his Mumbai flats fetched an impressive ₹4.25 crores, thus marking the rise in its valuation.

There is an expectation of a ₹9 crore refund to Shah Rukh Khan from the Maharashtra government because his bungalow, Mannat, was allegedly overcharged to the tune of ₹9 crore for property conversion. The mishap was due to the bungling where the amount was charged based on the value of the bungalow as opposed to that of the area it sits on.
Owing to the excess fee paid, the actor filed for the refund later. The officials in the concerned department have admitted to the mistake, and a decision on the refund is expected soon.

Depending on various roles and barely known to lose the restraint of life, Akshay Kumar is seeing another advantage on his side. One such deal welcomed him to a benefit through the sale of real estate. The Borivali East apartment was sold at a price of ₹4.25 crores, having been originally bought by him in November 2017 for ₹2.38 crores.
The property is located in the Sky City project by Oberoi Realty, has a carpet area of 1073 square feet, and includes two parking spots. It seems that through this sale, the flat’s price rose by 78%; the stamp duty on it amounts to ₹25.5 lakh, along with registration charges of ₹30,000.
