Akshay Kumar’s ‘Kesari: Chapter 2’ was supposed to be a big hit in theaters, but as the collections are slacking down, it looks like the movie will have to do with a very moderate collection.
But does this film deserve it? Netizens think otherwise. Kesari 2, apparently brings out an undiscovered Chapter of history and puts it before us with heartfelt details. But there have been allegations that it is a propaganda movie as well.

In sensibilities and allegations, it seems Kesari 2 is made in the same vein as Chhaava, but it is not working out as well as the latter.
The movie has made around 39 crores in domestic collections and it will be needing at least 100 crores to be a hit. But if the collections start to wane down now, it will be difficult for the movie to make the mark.

Akshay Kumar has given many flops in the recent years, and if people are refraining from watching Kesari 2 because Akshay Kumar’s starring in it makes it look less credible, it is not entirely their fault.
Akshay Kumar needs to rebuild his image as a star who gives strong content driven films and fans think Kesari 2 is indeed one of them.
