As Raashii Khanna celebrates her birthday today, her latest release The Sabarmati Report comes with great news. It might just end up making 30 crore at the box office after being a slow run on the first few days.
The impact of the box office mega clash between Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 had ensured that the theatres remain a tight space to compete. Over the first weekend the film collected 6.7 crore with a net total of 23.52 to this day.

Raashii had been going through an all time low in her career with films like Word Famous Lover, Thank You and Yodha. However, Sabarmati Report with its decent performance has given hope to her.
With BJP leaders and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi coming to its praise, the film has grown in popularity. But many fans have deemed it a propaganda project and feel that they are mostly drawn to the theatres after Vikrant Massey’s performance in 12th Fail which has nothing to do with Raashii.

Despite being discredited badly, Raashii has finally revived some hope. Now she is going to focus on her Telugu film Telusu Kada with Sidhhu Jonnalagadda for future success.
