As 2025 nears its end, October and November are shaping up to be crucial months for Bollywood. This is the last window for producers to launch strong promotions and draw large crowds to theatres.
The next big release, Thamma, is already creating buzz. Its teaser, trailer, and songs have grabbed attention, with more singles on the way. Music has always boosted Maddock’s horror-comedies, and fans are eager to see if Thamma lives up to that reputation.
November will bring two more releases Gustaakh Ishq, backed by Manish Malhotra, and Anand L. Rai’s Tere Ishk Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon. The teaser of Gustaakh Ishq dropped in August, but it didn’t generate enough excitement. Vijay Varma and Fatima Sana Shaikh’s chemistry needs stronger promotional material to attract audiences. Tere Ishk Mein also faces a similar challenge it needs a powerful trailer to stand out.
In December, Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar will close the year with high expectations. The teaser’s intense action scenes impressed viewers, and now all eyes are on the trailer to see if it can spark even more anticipation.
So far, 2025 has been disappointing for Bollywood. Apart from Chhaava, no major film has achieved blockbuster success. Big titles like War 2 and Sikandar fell short of expectations.
As the industry looks toward 2026, fans hope for a stronger lineup with better stories, smarter marketing, and a real box office revival.
